Christine Pi’iali’i Rose has been managing projects, programs and portfolios in one form or another for nearly fifteen years. She has a Master of Science degree in Project Management from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the now-defunct Long Island University Southampton Campus. Christine is the mother of two (human) children and the author of three fiction book series published under pen names (Takers by Chris Davis, Morph by Amanda J. Banner, Mer by Krystyne Price). In her spare time she can be found swimming or hanging out in her beloved Koʿolau mountains on the island of Oʿahu, Hawaiʿi. Christine volunteers with ‘Ōlelo Community Media, the Dept. of Parks and Recreation, her daughter’s elementary school, the Project Management Institute Honolulu Chapter and Meals on Wheels, to name a few. She lives on Oʿahu with her daughter and their two cats (furkids), Ramses (the ImpCat) and Spot (PuppyCat, aka the Pot-Bellied Pigkitty) and two aunties (plus their three cats) to round out the ‘ohana.
Author of the book series “Everything’s a Project (and Everyone’s a Project Manager)” available on Amazon.com.
I spent several years as a high-end business analyst before moving into the field of project management nearly fifteen years ago. I obtained my Master of Science degree in Project Management (MPM) in 2005 and have extensive experience in multiple industries (manufacturing, mortgage, publishing, health care, banking) in both Enterprise and Information Technology Project Management Offices.
